HCBF Jamaica hosts its first Annual Gala on December 16th 2023 where a presentation of psychological assessment kits to the Southern Regional Health Authority of Jamaica will be made.  The donation of psychological kits is provided by the Haile Clacken Bipolar Foundation in USA.
